DOT and Non-DOT Employee Evaluations

The U.S. Department of Transportation requires alcohol and drug testing of employees who perform safety-sensitive operations. We provide SAP evaluations for truck drivers governed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). We also service other DOT regulatory administrations including: FRA, FAA, RSPA, FTA, USCG and PHMSA.

We are keenly aware of the DOT return-to-duty process. We work hand in hand with DOT approved labs and the FMCSA Clearinghouse to ensure the return to duty process is expedient and compliant.

Up Your Safety Game:  This course is meant to assist safety-sensitive employees subject to workplace drug & alcohol testing in understanding the DOT requirements and regulations. According to the Department of Transportation, every employee should know the rules.

This course also provides healthy lifestyle tips for challenging environments. Keep in mind that healthy, happy employees are less likely to misuse substances and are more productive.

Revocation is the termination of your driving privileges 

Revocation is the lawful removal of your privilege to drive upon conviction of certain driving offenses. Your driving privilege will remain revoked until the revocation period has ended and an investigation is completed indicating all statutory requirements have been met.   The packet must be signed by a health professional: counselor, physician, psychologist.
